Money Transfers (Payment Services)

Would you like to send money to someone internal or someone living abroad or do expect to receive money from overseas? International money transfers are available at any AccessBank branch. AccessBank offering the following type of money transfers

No fees will be charged for money transfers between accounts within the AccessBank branch network. Since all our branches are connected via wireless links, the payment is executed with immediate effect!

We offer National Money Transfer to all banks within Tanzania at a flat fee of TZS 10,000 per transfer regardless of the amount. Transfers in USD or transfers abroad through the SWIFT system attract higher charges. Please consult your Branch for details.

For smaller transfers, or for the receipt of money from relatives or business partners abroad, it may be preferable to use the Western Union money transfer system which is not linked to a particular bank account. Please consult your nearest Branch to learn how this works.
