The Savings Account gives customers the opportunity to save their money in a safe place.AccessBank grants interests from the first Shilling the customers deposits in the account. With an opening balance of just TZS 5,000 every person in Tanzania can afford to open a Savings Account in AccessBank. Savings Accounts can be opened in either TZS or USD.

Conditions

- Interest rates, (from TZS 500,000) - 2.0% p.a.

- Withdrawal fee TZS 550 per withdrawal for TZS accounts (at ATMs) or TZS 600 at the teller; for USD accounts the fee is 1% of the withdrawn amount

- Monthly ledger fee of TZS 1,000 (USD 1), waived for Student Accounts
