AccessBank Tanzania has officially launched its new branch in Iringa region on Wednesday 07th December 2016, bringing to 13 the number of branches in the country.


The launching ceremony was graced by the Iringa Regional commissioner Hon. Amina Masenza. Other attendees were honorable District commissioner, distinguished guests, AccessBank customers, representatives from the central bank (BOT), members of the press, staff of AccessBank and other Invited guest.


Speaking during the launching ceremony, the Iringa Regional Commissioner applauded AccessBank for bring ease access to quality financial services in the region and urged the farmers and entrepreneurs to take advantage of the offered services.


Commenting on this, the Head of Business Development, Mr. Andrea Ottina, said the opening of AccessBank Iringa branch is a testimony of our commitment to offer our existing and potential customers increased access to our products and services while at the same time enhancing customer convenience and experience.


 “Iringa is among the fastest growing regions in Tanzania due to the availability of many investment attractions and produces most of food and cash crops in Tanzania, therefore through this expansion, entrepreneurs and farmers will benefit greatly from our services, “he said.


The Branch Manager Mr. Fredrick Masungwa said that people should expect the best services from the AccessBank Iringa branch and should not hesitate coming for any financial advice.


According to Ottina, the Bank will continue its expansion towards a nationwide branch network, reaching vast portion of clientele across Tanzania, coupled   with the introduction of new products and channels, such as mobile and agency banking, tailored to the need of the rural and semi-rural population
